Rachel Sanctuary Quest
AdvertisementYou have to accumulate a donation of 500M zeny for the Rachel Sanctuary quest to activate. If you want to donate to the Rachel Sanctuary, talk to Nenma (ra_temple 116 174) and give 50k, 100k or 150k zeny. Each 50k zeny will be rewarded with 1 Temple Lottery Ticket. The redemption can be done with NPC Panno inside the temple (ra_temin 170 46).Once the maximum donation is reached, temple entrance will shut down and the quest can now begin. It does not matter whether your character have donated or not. Level Requirement: Base Level 60 or above, Other Requirement: 500M total donation to the temple in your server Quest Requirement: Lost Child Quest Quest Rewards:
- 1,100,000 Base Experience
- 600,000 Job Experience
- Access to Rachel Sanctuary Dungeon

40 Glacial Heart 
20 Firecracker - sold in Party Supplies Shop at Hugel at 500z each
1. Talk to Nemma (ra_temple 116 174) and she will ask for your help. She is worried that children are sneaking into the temple.
2. Talk to the Kid near the lake of Rachel (243 37). Talk to him until he mentions about the fighting priests. Choose - Yeah, I love them. Give him a candy and he will tell you secret to enter the temple.
3. Go back to the temple and find the secret window. The window would pop up and select - Enter through window
4. Explore the temple. You may have a hard time so I have the map below. While passing by (que_rachel 59 112),(que_rachel 94 138) and (que_rachel 132 70), you would receive some pop up messages referring to clues. You have to go at the circled part in the map to investigate something about the blood stains
To go to the bloodstains, walk up the stairs. Once upstairs, find the checkered floor, you’ll find a portal behind a statue. Enter through that portal.
5. Walk up to the gate and you’ll see a pop up message about the blood stains on the floor. Continue to investigate until the message tells you to that you need to go out.
6. Go back to where you came from, and you’ll see pop up messages again in (que_rachel 160 37), (que_rachel 165 37), (que_rachel 170 37), (que_rachel 175 37) and (que_rachel 180 37). As long as you get one pop up at any of these locations, you can get out of the temple.
7. Once you reached the exit portal (que_rachel 169 18), you could push or kick the door.
8. Talk to Nemma again and go inside the sanctuary using the door behind her. 9. Go into the temple and talk to Panno (ra_temin 170 46). Ask her Hey, did you open the gate? After that, talk to her again. She will tell you the truth.
10. Talk to Nemma again. She will ask for 20 Fire Crackers. Give the Fire Crackers to her. She’ll tell you to talk to a follower in Rachel 11. You will find the Seeking Follower at Rachel (142 167). She will ask you to look for High Priest Zhed. If she says: May Freya be with you, means you’ve already done the Lost Child Quest. You can now go for High Priest Zhed. If not, do the Lost Child Quest
12. Find High Priest Zhed (ra_temin 277, 159), from the door of the temple, walk towards North East, at the ground floor. He’ll give you experience for the Lost Child Quest. Talk to him again until he’ll tell you about the 40 Glacial Hearts. He’ll also give you a Letter of Recommendation to the pope.
13. Show the glacial hearts to the Pope’s guards
14. Talk with the Pope (ra_temsky 99 100) and she’ll ask about you. You can answer anything.
15. Go back to High Priest Zhed (ra_temin 277 159). He’ll tell you that he has to talk to someone and he’ll warp you to the next room. 16. Once he warped you, go near the left wall (ra_temin, 288 158) and eavesdrop on their conversation.
17. After the conversation, High Priest Niren will appear and she’ll ask you about Zhed and her relationship with him. 18. Go back and talk to High Priest Zhed. He’ll say that he wants to rest. Walk out of the room and a message appears. You have found a key, select - Pick it up. You can use that key to enter the Rachel Sanctuary.
19. The entrance to the Rachel Sanctuary is in (ra_temin 29 312). Use the key you got just now to open the door.
20. You are now at the first level of Rachel Sanctuary. Go to the second level using the south portal.
21. Once you reached the second level, walk north. You’ll get a pop up messages at some where near que_san04 (121, 137).
22. Continue walking north at you’ll receive another pop up message.
23. Just continue walking north until High Priest Niren show up. She’ll force you out of the place and you’ll return to Rachel.
24. Go back to High Priest Zhed (ra_temin 277 159). He’ll will ask you to be quiet on what you saw inside the Santuary. You can now access the Holy Ground (ra_san)

well. the Priest already told me about the glacial hearts.. if u already did the lost child quest.. try speaking with the follower..the one who tells u God bless u or something like that..and then go with Zhed..i dunno thats how i did it..hope it helps
BTW, the 500M have to be donated by all the server, NOT one person.. it doesnt mean u have to give 500m to be able to do the quest..it means all users must have donated and reached 500m so the quest can be done.. besides, if im not mistaken, u can only donate 50k at a time..which is a ticket for a lottery or something..

You certainly doesn’t gave the Firecracker to Nemma, that’s why he doesn’t speak to you.
So go back to nemma, and give her the Firecrackers…

OK i have a solution for some people. If you reach step 12 where High Priest Zhed is supposed to give a recommendation but he doesn’t, Go out side and talk to Nemma again. She will ask for 20 fire crakers.
Give her the fire crackers.
Then talk to High Priest Zhed.
Then continue with step 13 (that means, talk to the pope’s guards)

For all the ppl who’s finding the Pop-up go through the gate it will automatically appear then you can push the gate. And lol i can try the half of the quest with a lvl 30+ mage

I already did the Lost Child quest. The problem is, when I talk to Priestess Nemma, she keeps saying that kids like to play with the doors and she also ask for NPC Panno to help her. I couldn’t donate. Please help Admin.(Haven’t donated yet(I got 500m)

The #12 doesn’t work. The priest always congratulate me. I thought that the Glacial Hearts was shown. When I went at the Guard…the door was locked.

i think i get solution why when u talking with high priest zhed there is no talking about glacial… coz when u talk with panno u must select choice 3… (may u can check choice 1, 2, or 3) and then talk with nemma (1 for respond 2 for giving so twice must u talk with her) again for giving her firecrackers 20x and then zhed…

On step #10 after I gave the firecrackers, Nemma was prayng for my luck, then I went to the follower and it says may freya bless with you on your journey.. does it mean I already done with the quest? I tried to enter the sanctuary, but it says, the door is locked upstairs.. Help.. thanks..

I had the same problem on number 12, if the high priest doesnt talk to you about anything about the glacial hearts, you must first finish the lost child quest.
