    1. With all the required items in the inventory, go to Alberta building. Go up and talk to the Louitz in the second floor. He will mention about Morgenstein

    2. Talk to a man in the east side of Geffen named Aure Dupon. He’ll mention Morgenstein as well.

    3. Morgenstein (geffen_in 141,140) is in the Geffen Blacksmith Guild at the second floor. Talk to him until he mentions that he will make you a Counteragent or Mixture. Ragnarok Mixture and Counteragent quest complete. You can now go to him anytime to make a Counteragent or Mixture
