Some Ragnarok players asks me if Ragnarok Online works on Windows 7. Well, the answer is yes and no. If you are using the beta version of Windows 7, there is a huge chance RO would not work. But if you have the full version, then there should be no problems at all.
The best thing to do is to send a bug report to Microsoft. This is pretty usual on beta softwares.
Since Windows 7 have officially launched, then there shouldn’t be any more problems running Ragnarok on Windows 7.

working 110% ok, no problems at all with window or full screen mode. =)

T_T… in my case, RO worked (though hanged alot but still worked) on the RC. 7460RC to be exact. Now that I finally got the licensed full version. All I get is the blue screen… /sob
Any suggestions on how I might go about this? Thank you very much

Using Win 7 RC build 7100, RO works fine.

ro works pretty good on my windos 7, but fullscreen mode doesnt work even I clicked fullscreen on setup…this is my problem. If you know another way to get fullscreen please tell me. greets

This is always my problem.
it says
“Failed to write file
valexe.exe”
wtfff
it always stops there..
in this specific patch “2009-12-3-bvalexe”

i got same problem with airica, i got a full version of Windows 7 but i cant change the size of my RO screen, its just like 1/4 of my Samsung Red R530 it has a 15.6″ screen, ive tried every adjustments but it doesnt seem to fit on my Ragnarok
! Help please!! coz its hurting my eyes with that small screen size

cant run any RO exe’s in my win7 at all. whenever i try to run one, setup pops up. i click ok or cancel or close the window but setup pops up again. this happens all over again. wtf!! >:(

btw there’s a way that i know that would make RO work on windows 7.
1.Go to control panel
2. GO to the program option
3. there will be an option there that would allow u to run programs on older versions of windows

la pdin ako mhanap sa net na praan pra ma FULLSCREEN RO kalunkot.gwin niu nln muna maximize:
-run RO
-bksan niu task manager
-right-click ragnarok under applications-tab
-choose maximize
pnget sa widescreen kya adjust niu nln screen resolution.magcomment man kau dito pag mi nhanap na kau praan.lamats

I updated Vista Home premium ed. Service Pack 1 to Windows 7 ultimate. The game is a bit slower than it used to be, but otherwise it works ok so far.
