The Close Confine platinum skill quest of Rogue is one of the most effective skill in war of Emperium to stop those sneaky assassins. Imagine an overbuff assassin with lots of speed potions with them, the close confine skill is the most effective to stop them.
Close Confine Skill - For 10 seconds, you grab a single enemy, preventing you and the target to move. While you grab onto someone, you will have +10 bonus to Flee Rate. If either the victim or you die, or should any of them teleport away, this skill is cancelled.
Ragnarok Rogue Platinum Skill Quest - Close Confine
1. To start the close confine skill quest, you must talk to one of the sons of Haijira. It would be best to talk to Thor Greg first. He’s in the same map as the Rogue Guild. Talk to him twice until he reveals where his father is hiding.
2. Go to the Rogue Guild place, at the most bottom floor, you will find a secret entrance that will lead to Thor’s father Haijara Greg. Talk to him and ask him some questions. Answer the following in order to complete the Ragnarok Platinum Skill Quest. If you answer wrong, you will have 1 HP.
- I don’t mean you any harm!
- I came to help you.
- No.
- Sure!
After you give him the correct answer, he will ask you to visit his another son, Louis Greg.
3. Louis Greg is in one map east of Paros Lighthouse. Go out the Rogue guild and head west. Walk to the portal and the password to enter the house is My father never hoarded upgrade items. He will ask you to go back and talk to his brother to continue the Ragnarok Close Confine quest.
4. Talk to Thor Greg again, and he will ask you to talk to his other brother Jay Greg.
5. Jay Greg is in Kokomo Beach, one map north, one map west of Paros Lighthouse (cmd_fild04 302 177). Walk to the portal with the password Antonio doesn’t enjoy destroying upgrade items. Talk to Jay inside and he will ask you to go back to his father
6. Talk to the brother’s father Haijira once more to relay the message. Haijira would instruct you to go back to Thor Greg.
7. Thor would teach you the the Close Confine skill. He will send you to the waiting room. Enter the chat room because only one rogue at a time can enter the area.
8. Once you are in the room, you only have 5 minutes. Kienna will appear in one second as the room wards. You must walk right up one cell next to her before she hides or you will be fail the test and must restart again.
9. If you succeed, the next test is by sheer luck. You will randomly choose where to block Kienna. After you successfully block her, choose a different option. You must have a grade C+ to succeed. If you succeed, you will be warped to Thor Greg.
10. Thor will now teach you the close confine skill. To continue, he will ask you to go back to his father
11. Continue learning the close confine skill with their father Haijira.
