1. Talk to the Chief of Wootan (um_in 39 122) inside the house in Umbala town(umbala 66 250)

2. I know some guide says that you can wear any face mask. But the Chief only talked to me when I wore the smile mask. Wear a smile mask then talk again to the chief. He will ask you to bring 10 Oil Paper, 5 Slick Paper, 1 Feather of Birds and 1 Squid Ink.

3. Give the items to the Chief and he’ll now teach you the Umbala Language. You can now understand the natives in Ragnarok Umbala town

    The chief coords is in wrong place it is on the lower left part of the village on a small rounded part
